Big house renovation

We bought a big house that was in rough shape. The previous owner did no maintenance in years and let the dog go to the bathroom in the house. All the window sills were rotted and leaked ruining the ceilings. We've been working for 2 months and are almost finished. The realtor is taking pictures in 4 days.

@Rasmussen Design Build, What charm am I missing that you are seeing? Is it the pee stained flooring, rotted window sills, filthy grout, dated tub deck, or the thermofoil cabinetry that is yellowed and falling apart? Or maybe its the filthy towels in the bathroom and the ceiling fan that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 50 years?

Flip or no flip, looks like the OP saved this house and has made it clean and habitable for a new family. Good job!

There is a housing shortage in this country. I'm glad for anyone making a habitable space for others to live in. I like the shelves on either side of the fireplace.
