The darker looks richer. The lighter ones looks at bit pink which is not a good selling point.

Currently the lighter option matches European Oak, which is very popular in wide plank engineered hardwood. I'd pick it for resale too.

The darker one looks more like walnut. If these are lvp or laminate get a box to lay out to see repeat and tone range to avoid surprises in your space. Lvp needs a very flat floor and a strong tongue and socket click system to last. The market has poor quality systems.

The darker one is more in keeping with the style of your home and looks better with your furniture. I find the lighter color to be more contemporary in style and probably a trend that will age out. I always go with medium wood tones and let everyone else flip flop back and forth between very dark and light as trends come and go. I am old enough to have seen this happen more than once. :-)
