Flooring separating

We had vinyl flooring installed about a year ago. Now there are three places where it appears to have separated. The house was built in 1971 so it should have settled by now, though perhaps that is not the case. Any help on what might be going on would be appreciated. (Not sure how to post a picture here)

Did they grind the high spots and fill the low ones? Because you are required to have a subfloor that is flat to 3/16" in 10'. Did they do moisture testing? Put down a moisture barrier? Both are required. Etc. Look at the install instructions of your specific flooring. Verify if those were followed. Because I bet they were not.

I'm not sure what the flooring people did. I do know that they leveled things before installing the floor, but don't know enough to know if they a moisture test.

Vinyl moves a lot. That looks to me to be typical expansion and contraction. Most vinyl plank will expand in the length. Mine is doing the exact same thing.
