You generally want the backsplash to harmonize with the counter or the cabinet tone. Counter is easy, you find a tile that matches the background color of the quartz. If you choose to match the cabinet tone you would be looking for a caramel tone to harmonize with the uppers.

You don’t have to be too literal, you’re not looking for an exact match. Tone on tone is actually fresher looking. Something like Dolomite or Limewash would speak to the counter color. Ivory, Sand Dune or Sweet Pea (bottom row of tiles) would speak to the cabinet color.

My picks would be Dolomite or Sand Dune.
