I think landscaping with bushier and taller plants around that porch will go a LONG way. If that window had a colored frame around it, that would've helped too, but it appears this is a new build and not the look you were going for. Maybe shutters on just this window that matches your front door.

Cute house! If it were me, I'd remove the bench as it seems to crowd the entrance so it feels less gracious and welcoming. I'd then focus on the right side of the stair and door - you could get height with a large chunky planter sitting in the pine straw

What's missing are railings. Currently it looks like one wrong step, and off you go. Even if the porch is wide enough that falling off isn't really an issue, it looks like it is.

A big yes to railings (include a railing on the steps) and to removing that bench. The bench is in the way. Add a FAT pot of mums. No fiddly little pots - find one at least 15” in diameter.

Find a long colorful rug to cover most of the seating area on the right.

pumpkins (all available at dollar stores or big box stores, cheap) start now with sunflowers & mums and add in Halloween, then remove the halloween and add in Thanksgiving colors

I see an exterior outlet, hang some party lights and hide the cord with a corn stalk or scarecrow on the siding wall.

replace the Fall Decor with Cedar Greenery and Snowman, leave the lights.

Agree the bench should go. Some pumpkins in black planters would be nice for Fall. This is one idea…with planters and size that appeal to you. Add a throw and/or pillows with Autumn colors. A pretty Fall wreath…and those steps need pumpkins (at least a few!).

Bushes/plants are on sale at this time of year and maybe take advantage to build up the area in front of the porch to create needed balance and grounding.

Your entrance is lost/not drawing the eye. Suggest removing the bench, at some point add larger lanterns, and consider painting the storm door the same color as the door and add a large mat.

Invest in well made large urns and change out by the season. It’s fulfilling and a great way to add interest and personality.

I agree that a railing is the major missing item.

You might also think about painting your storm door the same color as your “real” door. Look at the example above that has a storm door. The colors match.

Shrubs in the ground in front of the porch, about the same height of the orch will really help it feel more cozy and complete. Great 70% evergreen so you have year round interest.

Then add a large urn with season planting to the left of the rocker near the corner of the walls.

Remove the bench.

Another Fall decor idea is a basket (or other container) of pumpkins, gourds, leaves, etc. with a string of lights weaved through them. Battery powered fairy lights work nicely.

I suggest to remove the bench, and put a railing in place as well as work on the landscaping. If you need to keep the storm door, paint it the same colour as the front door.
