My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

No question, just dropping in. I’ve been gone awhile.

So happy to see names I remember! used to be i was here several times a day.

Maybe I’ll have another give away of the bags i make in a week or two. Need to make a few more in different colors. I think it’s been a year or 2 since I had a give away!

    It's good to hear from you - but I'm not ready to hear about frost warnings! Sounds like you hit the Joann sale at just the right time to get a great stash of fabrics. Hope you continue to post.

      Doing okay, just getting older! DH got diagnosed with Parkinsons late last year, but doing good so far.

      We’ve only had the pontoon boat out 4 times this year. Getting harder for the 2 of us to manage.

      I’m still sewing, but not as much I do keep busy, but enjoy staying home more and more.

      Bought $200 worth of fabric from Joanns before we left Florida and Joanns was closing, working on that fabric now.

      We live in northeast Michigan, no, not the UP! Leaves are turning now. Frost warning for central Michigan tonight!
