Are you growing potato onions?

last year

I started ~125 potato onion seeds here in zone 6, SE CT in early January, and now have ~260 nice, 1st year bulbs that I just replanted today, and I'll apply a thin, straw mulch until early December, when I'll apply at least 5" of straw.
Is anyone else growing these potato onions? I'll attach a photo if I can figure out how to do it!
