Narrow bathroom vanity advice needed

We are remodeling our bathroom and hoping to move the bathroom sink. Currently, when you walk into the bathroom which is only 4.5 feet deep, you basically walk right into the vanity. We want to move it to the far side of the bathroom, but it's a very narrow space and there is a window right next to it. We are thinking we could either put a narrow (12-14 inch) custom made vanity that fits the length of the space (54 inches) with a vessel sink, or get a smaller vanity (maybe 36-42 inches) that juts out in front of the window, but wouldn't be as narrow (maybe 19 inches or so). We don't love the vessel sinks, but are concerned that a vanity that sticks out in front of a window would look weird. I've attached pictures if that helps (one of our current vanity/sink, one of the vanity space where we would move the sink to, and some showing the measurements)

How odd that the sink is not even centered with it's cabinet. Anything you do to this bathroom will be an improvement. You could put the vanity at the normal 21" depth on the wall by the window, but have it stop a few feet short of the window wall. Put a little garbage can there next to the new vanity. Maybe turn your toilet so the back of it is on the left wall by the door and not facing the doorway. Unfortunately the only thing you'll see when the door is left open is a toilet, but I am not sure if you want to pay to move the whole toilet out of site.

I would suggest you keep all the plumbing in the existing locations, and minimize the wood in the room. a ready made vanity to fit into the space, a medicine cabinet/mirror for smalls.

Paint the built in cabinet/vanity on the other side of the room and all the trims and doors the same color you choose for the walls to unify the look and make it feel more calm. too much contrast in a small space makes it look too busy.

what is the little pony wall? between the sink and the toilet?
