I chose Minka Lavery tilt mirrors for our upstairs bathrooms. They are high end, well made and classic. They come in lots of sizes, shapes and finishes. I think your 2 mirrors would look lovely in your bathroom!

No to ORB faucets! Get chrome and even your existing towel hardware is fine.

Or do a combo with all chrome plumbing, black light,black towel hardware, and cabinet hardware.

Why all this? Because.......!

The sinks are dated drop in, ON a very dated, too low vanity, in what is an older, never updated bath.

Changing the mirror to two, too far apart,will do nothing!!! except visually dim and shrink the bathroom.

If you are changing lights and "hardware" - what is tub/shower? Match the tub/shower and I will guess it is probably chrome. This is not the time or place for multiple finishes. Keep it s.i.m.p.l.e and chrome IS your friend, also timeless.

You're painting walls? Paint the oak vanity, AND the trim edge on the counter and the back splash. Do white.- and then a wall color to harmonize with whatever tile is there, that we can not see.

It's just way too late, you'll feel better....but don't kill yourself. Someone new will bomb the bath: ) no matter what you do.

I wouldn't bother doing anything except MAYBE paint, but for sure make sure that the bath is ultra-clean.

No one is going to pass on your house because you have one large mirror instead of two. And no one is going to buy your house just because you switched out the mirrors and the lighting in an old bathroom.

A new light fixture would be a better choice IMO and I agree clean then clean again nothing is a bigger put off than a dirty bathroom or kitchen.

If you are going to do hanging framed mirrors, then they need to be placed lower on the wall and the mirrors need to be taller to make use of the wall height. Since you are moving/raising the electrical box, then you can place the lights higher up to relate to a taller mirror.

What you mocked up looks dinky and squat for the space.

Short people hate mirrors that are placed too high over a sink!

Agree with Diana Bier’’s comment. A bathroom like that would be remodeled by just about any buyer in my area, your area might be different, idk. But I wouldnt do anything other than painting, maybe, as Diana suggested. No one will even notice the mirror. If it bothers you that much check out Mirrormate site, no demoing out the old.

Clean and paint. No need to do anything else.
