Hey folks. Should i follow this? Are these steps missing anything?

1. Collect Seeds: Collect redbud seeds from mature brown pods in the fall.

2. Scarification:

• Boiling Water Method: Place seeds in a container and pour boiling water over them. Let them sit in the water for 1 to 24 hours until they swell.
• Sandpaper Method: Rub the seeds between two sheets of sandpaper to nick the hard outer coat.

3. Cold Stratification:

• After scarification, place the seeds in a moist medium, such as a paper towel or sand and peat moss mixture, in a plastic bag or container.
• Store the container in a refrigerator at temperatures between 35-41°F for 1 to 3 months.

4. Planting:

• Remove the seeds from the refrigerator and plant them about 1/4 to 1/2 inch deep in a commercial potting mix.
• Keep the soil moist until seedlings emerge.

5. Seedling Care:

• Once seedlings have at least two pairs of true leaves, you can transplant them into larger pots.
• Before planting in the garden, harden off the seedlings by gradually exposing them to outdoor conditions to prepare them for the elements.
