too much geranium now

Geranium macrorhizum has turned out to be such a useful groundcover for me I am now overdoing it. I love it because it completely smothers weeds. is endlessly divisible, drought tolerant even under maples on a steep slope, maintains a neat edge, is deer proof, doesn’t need cutting back after bloom despite what they say, is good looking… Runner up for me is pachysandra but it is vulnerable to blight. I am also using various ferns but so far they arent filling in so densely that i dont have to weed. What else can I use? Extra points if native!
