Virtue Hair Products

last modified: last month

Someone here turned me onto Virtue hair products about 3 yr ago .. maybe Sue?

I used their "Full" line for a long time.. and then, like I do, I got bored and switched to something else. I started using it again recently because I spent a month at SO's house and I that is what I had stocked at his place. After just a month, I noticed a real difference in my hair so I switched back.

PSA: Everything is 30% off for the coming Prime Day so thinking I will stock up.

Questions:

  • I need an oil or treatment for my ends -- have you used any of the repair oils or serums?
  • Have you used their dry shampoo? I dont use one currently-- but now that I need to be on camera every morning I am thinking it may be good to try (I dont wash my hair every day)
  • Any other products you love?

I don't use an oil, but I MUST have their 'unfrizz' cream.

My hair is fine but there is a lot of it. It's turning quite gray under my professional coloring - the gray isn't quite good with my skin tone, my hair needs to be a little warmer color. Out in wind and without the unfrizz cream I am definitely bushy looking and it does not brush down.

I had never in my life used a leave-in conditioner but this product has made a believer of me.

I had just stocked up ordering 5 bottles. Now a sale? I'm going to look like I'm hoarding.

My hair is very straight so the Unfrizz Cream isnt for me but glad it is working so weell for you!

Yeah, I may go into hoarder mode too LOL-- 30% off is significant! They have never offered a discount that high in all the years I have been buying their products.

I use the Virtue Flourish for thinning hair, shampoo, conditioner, and spray. It does seem to help. Thanks for the heads up on Prime Day. I've always ordered directly from them.

I switch back and forth between Virtue and Living Proof. Any of the products for volume. I think I like the Living Proof dry shampoo best but they are both good. Virtue has an Alpha Keratin product i really like to use once a week. I leave it in a few minutes while in the shower. I’m almost out and down to a sample size right now, so I should order that. Have not used their hair oil or any other for that matter.

A couple of appts ago, my hair stylist used this product on my hair before blow drying. I liked the way my hair looked so much, I bought it on my way out. It seems to make my dry ends less noticeable. I use a very small amount so it doesn’t make my hair feel sticky or weighed down.

I did buy the Virtue repair oil, or whatever it’s called, but it doesn’t do much for me.

I had decided to try a Kerastase shampoo and conditioner and it’s been good but I think I like Virtue better. Thanks for the hot tip!

I also liked Public Goods shampoo and conditioner, which I tried at an airbnb. I almost forgot I had bought some; it’s in my backup supply!
