I believe it is in too big a pot and the soil looks wet, although only you can tell if it is soaking wet or moderately moist. You want it to be able to dry out in a few days before watering it again. I would repot it in a smaller pot and put it in good light for as many hours as possible. Once it starts perking up, feed it with a weak water soluble fertilizer once a week.
