Design a big sign to fit on that gable over the front door and then light it properly.

The "tall well-lit" sign has the restaurant's name and city in not-that-big letters (compared to the hotel name), and doesn't say anywhere that it's a restaurant.

Looks like the restaurant building was brick with wood trim, and was painted gray. It's a bit dreary. In addition to the name, and "restaurant" on the building, maybe paint some of the wood trim white to cheer it up.

Strings of lights will look tacky.

The colorful paper in the windows was just a covid thing while the space was closed down - trying to be cheerful.

As for the sign, thank you for pointing out that it doesn’t specify restaurant. In our other locations this isn’t a problem but I see your point and will look into replacement costs.

Neon "OPEN" signs and neon beer and margarita signs in all those windows. It looks like you will have plenty of light fixtures once you add the neon.

Where I live, strobe lights are not allowed. No need for anything tacky.

EAT on the upper wall where your current flood lights shine.

I must agree with the windows, it's a lost opportunity to promote what you feature.
