Quarts is not natural stone. It does not have an expectation of patterns aligning without additional slab purchases, and more wastage. Same with natural stone. You buy more, if you expect that.

This is a live and learn Unfortunately it wasn’t planned better. That said, it is not horrible and it will be something you will cease to bother you as time goes by.

It’s a lovely kitchen and most seeing you kitchen will not notice it.

This must be a humble brag. There's nothing in any of that to be concerned about other than the quartz being used behind the cooker, which is a scorching danger.

Not at all a humble brag … just want to make sure it was installed correctly. The counter and backsplash is porcelain not quartz so I don’t think scorching will be an issue.

Repeat patterned porcelain is like any other material. You need more material for the best quality seams everywhere. Buy more material and pay more labor, for no real difference. It's fine, as is.
