I am painting a larger walk out basement in a new construction. The basement will function as a family room, but the large back wall (across from walk-out wall) will be used as a gym. I am thinking about painting it a darker color to separate the two functions. Should I use a shinier sheen than the Matte that will be use on the lighter paint everywhere else?
