Stop please and post this properly that is hard to read . As for the metal talk to a sheet metal shop they will be able to source this . The biiger issue is finding someone to install it

Do you know if it is actually made of metal? It could be a wallpaper with "rivets".

There are makers on Etsy that do this sort of thing - you can order the panels and then hang them with the industrial hardware

Acoustics in any restauarant are terrible it is done on purpose to make the space feel busy and also to keep diners from staying all night . I love metal and glass so works for me but I sure would not order this from Etsy . I do agree you might be able to do a wallpaper for the lok but for sure not to stand up in a commercial space where you have heavy traffic . Maybe share where you want to use this and some pics of the plan
