The manufacturing process for quartz countertops can vary from country to country and from manufacturer to manufacturer but I generally feel more comfortable obtaining quartz countertops from the U.S. Doing that also should eliminate the extra costs linked to tarriffs.

I've seen the Chinese and Vietnamese engineered stones at the trade shows. They are virtually the same quality as any other; it's all the same stuff. At the latest show, the Vietnames estone was superior; amazingly consistent finish. A small American manufacturer's display was embarrassing.

What's the quartz? What is the brand? This is a blanket statement on materials from China. There are many great products out of China so no one can advise you.
