Hi I am a newbie to roses I got this evelyn as a small cutting. Lately she has been taking off cutting was taken July 25. She threw out this long octopus cane on one side and is growing on the other but not as fast. Do I prune it ? 9 leaf nodes down is a bleaf bud i added a pic which is where I would prune her to. Here are pics please help I would greatly appreciate it. I dont know if it makes a difference but she is actively throwing out canes i.e. growing. Thank you !
