Layout for bathroom size

Do you know the dimensions of this bathroom? I believe the toilet is on the left side and would love to try this layout.
I saw the toilet on the left and got excited about how I could possibly have a larger vanity in 1 of my existing 8x5 or 9x5 bathrooms. Maybe this is a special shallow toilet? Or it may face the door... any details would be appreciated.
