I can honestly say that I have never seen anything like that in my entire life. Very unique. Don't think you're going to find a knock off of that.

Is it comfortable?

A little overdone, don't you think?

It's really comfortable and you can adjust the size/number of pieces based on the scale of the room.

I don't think it's overdone - otherwise I wouldn't like it so much :-)

Hi there,

Maybe these are similar?

Thanks,

Andie@ Purehome.com

I saw that in RH the last time I was there.... make sure you really love the look, I think I would get tired of it quickly. I would think you'd need a big room (even with a smaller scale version of that sofa) to pull it off, it's very overwhelming.

I would not do a sofa or sectional in this look. It will over power a room. Just get a chair or two. Not too big. And then a simple sofa. Unless you live in a 10,000 sq. ft home. This look will never work.

I too think it is a bit too much. It's one of those sofas that screams...I LOVE IT... or I HATE IT. :)

The 2nd to last pic on Pure Home could work but is modern. Is that your style?

Home Decorators has a chaise that looks very similar .. comes in this linen or a dark brown leather.

$470 + $70 shipping for chaise, $319 for chairs

Maybe you could find another couch and use the chaise .. or get 2 chairs.

Personally, I don't like this look ... reminds me of the old cabbage patch dolls .. LOL!

Comfortable Couch Company makes custom sized chesterfield sectionals. Cheaper than RH, but not exactly the look of the Soho.

Reminds me of inside a casket. :(

Personally I would prefer the chairs instead of the whole couch. I think it is a bit overdone and kind of depressing. :(

Yes, we have a very large room and like that it's not your typical sectional. So, in short I like it - just looking at other options. They don't have to be tufted (not usually my style) but it added a really different element that allowed it to go either way in a room. I tend to like modern so that is a nice balance to it.

Pure Home stuff is a little too modern for me and I'm not a fan of leather.

How about something like this. The legs are more traditional and less modern and it has light tufting and railheads.

West Elm has the Tillary, and the Baxter (on sale) sectional, both of which are very similar to this design.

I fall in the love it group, except when I remember having to clean our tufted velvet Victorian sofa as a kid. If you'll be curling up with a good book, fine, but if it's popcorn movie nights with the kids, beware!

I love it too but second brickins comment about keeping it clean. I have a velvet head board with buttons and it is a major dust collector.
