My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I wish Houzz would start clamping down on these folks not answering question. It is becoming just a free advertising and pretty pictures site instead of really helping people

    Our Corten steel fence streaked onto the block retaining wall when we hit it with the acid solution. After that, it really hasn't bled onto the other surfaces. It I supposed to rust, then basically seal itself. Having said that, We don't get very much rain, so it doesn't get much opportunity to bleed.
    It does change color over time, getting darker.
