We are in for some cold weather here. At the moment it is -15 c and feels like -25 c. with winds of gusts and snow.

We have passed the 10 weeks that are the darkest, but still the cold weeks ahead for us Canucks and I am sure for some other people in the winter cold zones.

Devil's Tower is pretty cool, been there a couple times. Watched a few people climbing to the top.

The "spot' mythology thing reminds me of the old school reader Dick and Jane and Run Spot Run. Anyone else that old?

Just the one N for me. I had Night Before Christmas but gave up on it because of the slug damage and leaves always tattered.

old_dirt..my reader had Tom, Betty, Susan and Flip (a dog)..but I'm old enough to remember Dick, Jane and Spot..I think my cousins used that reader..

Naught but one 'N' and that'd be 'Nightlife'. Don't have many pictures of the plant from last year but plenty of flower ones... Here's a glimps of it right beside something you won't see very often, 'Rhino Gold'.

Niagara Falls - this one has been struggling, I moved it to a sunnier spot and it liked it. We will see how it does this year.

Night Before Christmas - I think this one needs some sun to be strong enough to have thicker leaves to discourage the slugs.
