I think you have such a neutral space that you can go with any colors you like. Depending upon where you want to put your TV, the big wall could hold bookshelves built around where you locate the TV. Seating arrangement, couch, 2

chairs and maybe an ottoman. The find art you like and accessorize with throws and pillows that complement your wall and furniture colors. Nice space btw!

separate the room into living zones.

I'd put a small bistro table and chairs by the patio door for morning coffee.

A dining table a round to off set the rectangular island counter and chairs in the space with the island, with a hutch or buffet cabinet on the wall defining the dining space.

A sofa floating in the middle of the room and additional chairs and possibly another sofa for a living room with the TV mounted on the wall and appropriate artwork, lamps for a comfortable conversation area. low back swivel chairs and of course an area rug to ground the living space.

I wouldn't paint until you live there awhile and see what direction you want to go. Lighting is everything when choosing colors to live with.

Find furniture you love and work with those colors. The gray floor is secondary, pretty neutral, will compliment most furnishings.

You need to measure all the walls and distances between things. Knowing how much space you have is the only way to figure out what you can fit in there. Definitely no hulking puffy Michelin Man sectionals!
