Go with white tub and toilet.

Is the toilet and shower in the first space?

My preference is to buy wall and floor in the same series. it usually also comes with a mosaic for the shower floor. so, it makes me wonder if you have an inspirational picture?

Other than thinking a navy vanity, which I don’t think will work, what did you see for the walls?

I’m thinking wall paper might be your friend here.

I can see a white vanity with a white top, maybe some gray veining. A white tile in the shower area with silver grout.

You could use the same white tile next to the bathtub.

i have two gray bathrooms in two different homes, so i do like gray. it is justbthat you made it hard for yourself by choosing your elements separately without a vision.

But, you will get plenty of help here!

If you don‘t florals, the sky is the limit for wallpaper.

i like gray and white , but you might find one with a third color that could work

too.

Sometimes decorating takes us in directions we didn't plan on. You have to be open minded and go with the process.

The floors look great, we would recommend keeping everything else light and neutral. I attached two photos below with very similar tile floors. One of which actually did a Blue Vanity.
