Help with window blinds

Hi everyone! im an remodeling a 100+ year old home. i am deciding on window treatments. the window in the bedroom is really two windowsx side-by-side. would it best for me to cover each window separately, With inside mount? or better to use one wide blind to cover both windows. (old picture here).

, but it be outside mount?

I do plan to hang drapes too, but more for decoration.

Question, curious, do you have room for drapes.? I wouldn’t want to hide that nice window trim or darken the room.

I think 2 inside mount blinds would be best since the rad limits drapes and might be a fire hazard as for light IMO bedrooms are best when light is controlled since most use is at night when sleep is the plan. Maybe some nice roman shades and a bit of a pretty up of the bedding.The space looks very austere

yes, two separate inside mount blinds. you have nicely trimmed windows, I would want to show that off. and not interfere with the radiator for a clean finish.

for me, a top down bottom up blind is great for light control and privacy... the control is a major plus. they come is many colors and styles. Blinds.com is a great online source.
