Exterior color recommendations needed

The home was built in 1995 and looking to give it a facelift. The roof, brick, deck and window cladding colors are not changing. Your professional advice on the exterior trim, siding, gutter colors are appreciated to provide a timeless and more modern look to our home. Thank you!

either one of these, or both, one for siding and one for the door(s)

same value as existing color, just with color. Will Look good with the existing Grayed Taupe railing color.

We are considering going with James Hardy for all new siding. What color trim, siding, fascia boards etc? recommend from this color

these colors are pretty much what you already have. I'd go darker.

And, I would consider doing the board and batten siding instead of the horizontal

    like this board and batten

Or, do the board and batten in the gables:

Landscaping will be huge game changer. I'd remove all of those shrubs against the house and do some nice flower beds of some type. get the black mulch or black rocks (or a dark bronze)

I'd go w/copper color gutters and darker colors, at least on the trim. tried to photoshop here:

gave you new front doors, two diff types of address (you need something larger) tried to show the board and batten, and the copper.

close up of the copper tone w/the dark trim

and here's what the darker trim looks like. this is Kendall Charcoal. I like it. notice the landscaping

landscaping, new garage door, front door and copper gutters:

another type of front door and some darker James Hardie siding options.

the timber bark or mountain sage could be in the running. greens and coppers and bronze look nice.

and here's what I did around the back. diff garage doors or add some glass to them, darker color

IF you like the more natural tones, here are some other Hardie colors from the Magnolia collection. since your roof is reddish brown, this Brinjal color would be nice for the doors and trim w/any of the taupe or sand colors.

like these garage doors. you can see the darker tones w/the bric on this one

similar brick to yours w/the Urbane Bronze color options.

Here's the board and batten siding in the gables. I prefer this look. the garage doors are nice
