You'll have to bring samples home to see in your light at different times. I'd look at pale brown toned European Oak 4mm top layer hardwood core in 7" to 10" planks. Every source will have products including Monarch Plank, DuChateau, Hakwood and Hurst Hardwood. All major floor manufacturers will also have options. E Oak has more closed grain and a less yellow caste than domestic white or red oak. That allows flat cut wide planks to show off the wood cathedral structure. When you get close get a box to lay out to not be surprised by any tone variations.
