Yes that's an exterior wall in a bungalow. No second story

Yes it's open concept with living and dining room

Your plan for the kitchen did not upload,

You have only one picture of the kitchen that is open to living and dining.

You have to wait for pictures to fully clarify, lose any grayed effect, before you hit submit.

You also should include ALL of the open concept in your pictures, and best is a drawing that includes those and dimensions of all.

From this pic as above? We'll assume you want your sink where the cooktop is now located?

With no dimensions and seeing no other walls?

A range would replace my cook top on the current fridge wall. Fridge to where your pantry is, and that would hopefully free up a one level island from both sink, and cooker.

That's why we need ALL dimensions, of current AND plan of everything,
