Included drawing of elevation. 60” vanity that butts up to wall on left side. 4” backsplash. Call me old fashioned, but I prefer a wall mount fixture over the sink. 3-4 bulbs. Not sure on mirror size. I want a rectangular mirror run horizontally and don’t want wall sconces. Worried about height of mirror and light fixture. Ceiling may be dropped some due to heat vents. Designer said it will be a few inches less than 8 feet. 30” x 40” with long side on the horizontal? Not sure what will look best?
