If you don't want to maintain a live trellis, you can get a faux planted one and expand or contract it to the size you need.

One bushy , tall plant, paint to match the house for both plant pot and utility and one door mat , no welcome sign and remove the planters with what looks like fake plants .

Make certain the utility box can be accessed if necessary.

I'm not sure if a Sky Pencil holly can be planted in a pot, but as a taller slim tree if would hide the electrical box and still leave access room behind it. The maybe a smaller planter next to it to hide the junction box.

I agree on ditching the knick-knacks and fake plants. They clutter your doorway and constrain it. You have classy wood and glass and folksy signs and doormats don't suit it. A plain doormat would be better. One large square planter, maybe turquoise to echo your glass, on the left containing a narrow conifer or evergreen would work, providing you live in a climate where containers and container plants can survive the winter. Some of the screens and boxes shown just draw attention to the meters.

@Kate Cowers.Yes, Sky Pencil Holly is an excellent suggestion. They are cold hardy & often grown in containers. Their height can be pruned if needed.
