the others are $ 18 or 19 but I d have to dig for the size. or am i missing something?

Sometimes you have to look through the site to get more info, maybe in the "shipping" page, or "about". For instance, on Sebright's shipping page, they say "we ship mature size plants". Pine Forest has a section titled "what we ship".

Hornbakers is a great online vendor. They have mature gallon sized hostas for shipping. I have been very happy with them.

else, didnt you get a ? knee replacement recently? how did that go and are you gardening full time again?

I have ordered many times from Sebright. They send extremely healthy mature plants. Their packing is simply the best. Plants have survived 90 degree plus days on my front porch when they were delivered while I was at work. Shipping is ultra important in the summer.

Love the Liberty. I have several, all planted in honor/memory of Papou Hosta forum decades ago). NH Hostas are always healthy in my experience and service is terrific.

I order hostas mostly online and could confirm that above mentioned nurseries do test and provide excellent hostas. If you go to hosta library page you will see specialty vendors. Any of them is a good choice.

Liberty lover here also. Ended up finding mine on etsy or ebay for a good price, I cant remember. Prices were outragous for online websites plus the shiipping…no thank you. Divided it into two at first and divided them into 4 this spring. They are all doing well…

Lindalana pointed out what I neglected to mention. Make sure any nursery you buy from tests for HVX. It is highly contagious and could spread to any other hostas you have.
