Quartz Backsplash Help

We are nearing the end of a kitchen renovation and the quartz backsplash was just installed. The counter install went well, but there are allot of issues with the backsplash installation. My question here is about the silicone used on the seams shown in the picture included here-- shouldn't the installer have used one of the available tinted silicones to attach h the backsplash to the counter top? I know it is a different substance than the epoxy used for the countertop seems (which blended very nicely, at least color wise- the workmanship is a different story possibly for a different post)? As soon as I walk into the kitchen the lines jump out. Is this typically how the matching backsplash seams should look- I dont think so, but appreciate input and any photos of seams and corners done correctly that I can share with the installer. The contractor is on the way and concerned with the overall installation as well. Thank you.
