Please help me decide countertops

This is a second home in Fla. i’m putting in light oak floors my walls are greek villa. i’m really trying to not do gray. i have taj in my home up north. i’m scared of it being too busy. it has some green and was debating doing a green island. i am taking the island down to counter from bar.
