We are not sure how much of the variation of color in this one is water damage and what is striping. It is (Explosion in the Paint Factory X Ruby Grandeur) X Explosion in the Paint Factory. Its siblings are also showing some broken color.

We hope to register this one. It is Gryphon Chelsea London X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy.

We really like the saturated color of this seedling bicolor. I don't know the parentage.

This species lily is blooming. It is Lilium henryi.

Brienne of Tarth looks good in a clump! Glowing Quasar is my favorite of the registered ones. Nice group of seedlings! The bicolor is my favorite one.

The two that stand out to me are Ruby Grandeur and Double Blazing Busby......Mantis liked his Ruby Grandeur and I tried to buy it several years ago with no luck. Now no room in the inn......Glowing Quasar looks very close to what I grew. The colors were a little too pale in my garden, but it was a good daylily other then that........Maryl

Brienne of Tarth makes a bright clump. Ruby Grandeur is a nice color. I like the Gryphon Chelsea London seedling. St. Louie Blues has a delicate look.

Ruby Grandeur is a slower grower here, but it is in good supply now. I am drawn to Crossfire; I know how difficult it can be to photograph blackish ones. The seedling bicolor has good saturation. It appears that you will have a lot of choices to make in the seedling area. I hear a lot of complaints about Explosion not reliably blooming streaked. How is yours?

Mantis, Explosion has always been streaked here. However, it hasn't given us any streaked offspring. I crossed it with Ruby Grandeur in hopes of making the red richer and still have the streaks. I achieved the rich red but not the streaks. Then we crossed those seedlings with Explosion again. We got some streaks but not many. I guess I'll leave the streaks to the ones who seem to have success with it.

Love the bitone seedlings, my favorite today. How does H. Divided We Stand compare to the stats on your garden?

These are my kind of colors. I like Gryphon Chelsea London X Tet. Rose F. Kennedy. and also the bicolor seedling. If that striping holds, that will be a good one too. I agree with you on United We Stand and Crossfire looks so good.

Sherry, Heavenly United We Stand does not have the registered branching and bud count in our garden, but that is par for the course in our bad soil. It does, however, perform up to our standards. It does make a statement in the garden, and that is really what we are after.
