The plan is unreadble and this is a US site so feet and inches please and also English room names . The family bath is tiny and if you eliminate the guest bath where will the W/D go. And why do you need another LR and how will making the wall taller allow the TV to be better ? IMO that wall is the perfect height for TV and a low cabinet beneath it in fact my wall is not even that tall and I have a large TV.

The kitchen is way too large/wide for the actual size of the apartment ... and then you have a dining table crammed up against a wall.

Master bath shower is way too small.

You need to make sure that all furniture and wardrobes are drawn to actual size/scale of the furniture you own or want to buy. You don't want to move in and find out that the furniture you have/want won't actually fit in the space.
