For me, a fixture like this.I personally don't like lights with eposed bulbs, especially at night.

IMO we live in a different time and lighting now has to be good and honestly I see very little georgian about your home .The kitchen for sure not so IMO some good lighting you like that still evokes the style you already have going on in the rest of the house . Your home is lovely but more AUS Georgian than UK so a bit of more up to date lighting done right will not go amiss
