My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Update after Horrible July

Just wanted to update you. Had to take Myben back to vet for antibiotics hor her Hotspot. It cleared up about 80% so im using the cream I bought to help her.
Boyfriend recovered from his blood infection. He's still taking it easy which im glad.
Brother had 2nd chemo treatment and is doing good so far. No side effects for now.
On a happy note....I got letter from SSA saying I may be entitled to Annuity money from my previous job. I had cashed in my pension but found out this is something different. Extra $500 a month. That is really going to help out.
So August is starting out pretty good for me.
