Spa like or Rustic mountain style, look for a double sink vanity with plenty of storage. A full wall of mirror can be achieved by a oversized medicine cabinet arrangement too. I'd keep the arrangement AS IS and focus on the finishes.

" We are redoing one of our bathrooms. " what is your definition of redoing? Is this a full gut and remodel or are you just replacing the vanity? I see a block shower wall , a wall cabinet and then the pedestal sinks you mention. What else is there? The space looks dark, assuming no windows? How much are you willing to "redo"?
