with the rear decking to open up and take advantage of water views. The original windows have extensive mullion grids. Two main questions: 1. Should the window replacements have NO grids or at least some mullion grid on top portion? 2. What are your thoughts about black exterior frames - leaving the wood trim around the window white? (the interior window frame would be white) Thanks for any advice you can share!
