No idea the size of anything, the smallest master bath ever , where is the garage? No spare bedroom for guests .

What is ahome designer ? You get an architect to design a home that works for you and an interior designer to then design the interior to aslo work for you and your life . This plan is some designers idea of a home . What you need is a home designed for how you live in the real world., the furniture is decided after your needs are designed., I agree no ergonomics dealt with here .

Where do you live that closets in bedrooms aren't required?

Lots to consider here.
First,do you have sufficient counter space in the kitchen?
Seems like a squeeze,range should not be so close to the sink.
Also ,ferrying items from fridge across an aisle so you can prep food on the tiny counter will get tedious real fast.
Why is the masterbath such a long trek from the bedroom?
May seem ok now,but present distance does not allow for any urgencies which may eventually occur.
Please rethink layout if you intend to live comfortably in this space!

Where in the world is this, as I seems not USA. Wherever it is, it seems something you concocted on the computer. If so.......stop : )

Random thoughts:

- When you shop for furniture, look at apartment sized stuff.

- How wide is the galley kitchen? I've lived with cabinet runs about 6' apart, and it was 1-2' too far apart for comfort. The two sides didn't "work together well. Too much space is just as bad as too little.

- You'll never get that many chairs around the table towards the back. I'd like to see built-in banquette seating going all the way against the wall -- it's a huge space saver, and you can build some storage into the banquette seating. And then turn the small front table area into a side entry: pantry, work space for kids /crafts /a desk. This is not a house that can support duplicate eating areas.

- Is that table blocking the only backyard access?

- The door to the right of the entry would be better as a pocket door, as it'll rarely be closed.

- I'd like to see storage on the first floor: coat closet, broom closet and pantry. Upstairs I'd like to see a linen closet. The storage room has no room to store anything -- not if you're going to walk through it to the outside.

- When all the bedrooms are upstairs, I like to see the laundry upstairs too -- but it needs to be on an exterior wall, allowing the dryer to vent.

- The master bathroom works -- except the toilet should turn 90 degrees to allow for adequate leg space, and I'd remove the door. What I would like to see is a linen closet IN the master bedroom - you can steal a bit from the end of the gym.

- The kids' bathrooms are too small for comfort (especially as they grow), and they have zero storage. I'd change them to a Jack-n-Jill, which would allow them space for storage and comfort.

- I'm assuming the white rectangles are closets in the kids' rooms.
