I think the art is nice and size is fine. For another look - you could change the pillow cover to black, maybe velvet.

There is really nothing wrong with your existing pillow nor the color. The black just gives another look. And mainly, since you are concerned about the art size, using a black pillow visually minimizes the art size a bit. This is for a number of reasons; and if you look at the visual closely, you might see the difference. Sort of an optical illusion.

The art looks great. I like it better lowered a couple inches so the top of the art frame is level with the top of the door frame.

And....Add a 3rd basket.
