Redecorating my living room. I have always had a 3 cushion sofa over the years. Considering a 2 cushion sofa but during the holidays a 3 cushion sofa would be more practical for guests (no one likes the middle crack). I do not want a deep couch so I am looking for a 20-22 cushion depth. I will be using the couch to watch tv in the evening...just me & my dog, children grown and gone. Any downside to a 2 cushion couch? I read the cushion could pop up in the middle depending where the adult sits on it. (in a previous 2 cushion love seat that I had the cushions were anchored together and to the couch, so no popping up). Thanks for any advice.
