Floor stain color

Can u tell me what stain was used on these floors? Are these white oak floors? And how many coats? Thx!

    I'd like to know how u keep them clean? I have super dark Brazilian cherry floors custom stain...to match my kitchen cabinets. And they smudge easy and look dull...and they are new. I don't use product on the floor cause I don't want build up.

    It really looks like a white oak floor with dark jacobean or coffee stain. Really beautiful!!
