The 8' door will look more attractive with the 10' ceilings. The normal 6'8" door opening leaves a lot of wall space above the door. [I don't know whether the taller door opening will help with moving furniture or not.]

Our entry hall and breakfast room have 8'5" ceilings with 7' doors going into a den with 10' foot ceilings. The smaller door openings look a little like "mouse holes" against the 10' ceiling. I added 7" of wood wall molding and edge-trim to the crown molding in the den to utilize some of the extra space. I also plan to add a 6-8" top molding to the door and window frames (all have plantation shutters - no drapes.)

Unless the cost is just exorbitant, I recommend the taller door.

I agree with @dlbconductor, generally speaking with a 10' ceiling you want doors taller than the standard 6'-8". Consider widening as well, especially if they are less than 32"w.

Another option, depending on the home style and if the existing doors are quality doors you'd want to keep is to add a transom above the 6'-8" doors. Framing needs to have full height king studs to do it, but that should be the case.
