Do you have a picture of the tile & surrounding room? The type of floor really depends on your budget and how long you plan on staying in your home. If you have a low budget and don't plan on staying long I'd go with engineered. But if you;re going to be there awhile and can spend a bit more I've always been a fan of traditional nailed down wood floor that can be re-finished when they start to look worn out.
