I am consolidating these two mirrored areas from two adjacent condos, hoping to improve space use and traffic flow. I cannot remove the wall in the red area, nor the blue rectangles (columns). So far, I was able to obtain these two layout ideas. They both seem great, and I'm having a hard time deciding! Can anyone weigh in on the two options? The first layout is the original; layout A and B are the possible ones. If you can think of a better one, or better alternatives to the ones provided, please let me know why you prefer one or the other! Thanks for all your feedback!
