My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hello, can you please share the type of wood and stain on the ceiling. It looks nice!

    It is fir. I don't recall the stain spec but there is not a lot of pigment. It is mostly the natural color.

    What grade of fir is it so i know what to specify for my project. Does not look like Clear vertical grain?

    Back Wall of Stairs: What are the details of the material, please? Who constructed the stairs? We are looking to remodel ours which are 60's ranch and open, just like those.
