My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The clock is a Sligh. The owner purchased it about fifteen years ago in Grand Rapids Michigan.

    The immediate fireplace surround is granite tiles. The woodwork and cabinetry was done by the building part of my Design Build company. We built the room originally for an inline swimming pool that after a few years the client decided wasn't being used enough, so they had us take out the pool and change the room into a library/parent's retreat. Such fun and supportive clients are so good to have!

    Renemcw, Sorry, we don't have the name of the tiles. They were a medium brown granite the owner purchased.
