Thank you RH and Carolyn for your advise. @ HR i a m in East Africa a country called Tanzania. i found Sterling brand is the the good one as offer more flashing power while using less water. i like the idea of putting the tiles of same color the the rooms that are visible to one another. Good to know that Porcelain is more durable for flooring but i can not see much or art here comparing with Ceramic tiles. My test is to get tiles resemble to wood floor. i will continue to research to see if i will get some. thank you for your valuable contribution
